Dr. Winski is Board Certified in Plastic
Surgery (1993)
and General Surgery (1988). He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at
New York Medical College since 1989 and Clinical Assistant Professor
of Otolaryngology since 1998.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Winski graduated from Hobart
College (BS 1977) and New York Medical College (MD 1982). He did his
residency in General Surgery (1982-87) and Burn Fellowship at Westchester
Medical Center (1985). Dr. Winski did his Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery Residency at George Washington University Medical Center, Washington,
DC (1987-1989).
Dr. Winski specializes in general reconstructive surgery,
laser surgery, aesthetic surgery and surgery of the hand.
Currently, his clinical practice is at Orange Regional
Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus in Goshen, New York, and Orange Regional
Medical Center, Horton Campus in Middletown, New York, St. Anthony in
Warwick, New York and the Westchester Medical Center. Also, Dr. Winski
is the Director of the Wound Care Center at Orange Regional Medical Center.
In his spare time, Dr. Winski is an avid gardener and skier.
