This patient is a 68-year-old female who was diagnosed with right breast carcinoma. The above photos show her result after she underwent right breast TRAM flap reconstruction. Overall, she is very pleased with the aesthetic result and she has made a personal decision not have the nipple areola reconstruction performed. The breast reconstruction surgery was performed at Northern Westchester Medical Center in Mount Kisco, New York by Dr. R. Michael Koch .
