Abdominoplasty, Breast Reduction

This patient is a 36-year-old female who desired having a bilateral breast reduction and abdominoplasty. She had two children and wanted a mommy makeover to get her pre-baby body back. We discussed in detail the various approaches for breast reduction and tummy tuck. She had a 36 DD breast size and desired a C-cup rotation. Given this, I emphasized that it would most likely require an inframammary type approach using a superior-medial pedicle. In addition, the tummy tuck procedure was reviewed emphasizing on removing the excess fat, skin, and lowering her stretch marks. The cosmetic breast reduction and tummy tuck surgery was performed under general anesthesia at Community Hospital in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Before you knew it, her pre-baby body was back and she was able to slip on a bikini with confidence.
